**Approval Process:**

Before I proceed with production, I will send you a digital proof of your stationery for your approval. You have the opportunity to review the design and request any changes at this stage. Please ensure that all names, dates, and details are correct before giving your final approval.

**Changes and Cancellations:**

You may request changes to your design up until the point of production. Once your order is in production, changes cannot be made, and the sale is considered final.
